Children's Ministry

Loving Children, Like Jesus

JIVE is open every Sunday morning at Vineyard Pine Rivers during the school term. It's available to all children between 0-13 years of age. JIVE consists of "Little JIVE", which is a staffed Créche for children up to and including 4 years of age. "JIVE" for children 5-10 years of age, and "JIVE Up" for children 11-13 years of age.

The children attend JIVE each week after worship, where they enjoy morning tea, creative Bible lessons, craft activities and games, praying for each other in ministry time, and a great staff who love children.

Kinship

People come to church for many reasons, but they stay because of relationship.

- John Wimber

At Vineyard Pine Rivers we encourage all who belong to our community to participate in a kinship group.

Why attend a Kinship?

You will feel more like you belong to God's family.
You will grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and your understanding of worship.
You will understand the Bible better.
You will learn to minister the love of God to others.

HOTS

Healing On The Streets

Healing on the Streets is a highly engaging opportunity to join the Father in touching people with His healing and love. This weekly activity (Sunday afternoons) is an opportunity to take the 'message and ministry of Jesus' Kingdom' to the streets. It is an exciting time each week where people's lives are being touched with the awareness and power of God's love for their life. It is also a great time of growing in the grace of the Holy Spirit' on our lives as disciples of Jesus who hear his call to "go".

Worship

We believe that worship is our highest priority based on the greatest commandment,

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind

- Matt 22v37

Therefore we spend our time, energy and resources to create an environment where people can come meet and bless God together.

Whenever we meet as a church, we worship God with a desire to 'touch the Father's heart', that is, to bless His heart through our celebrations of praise for who He is and our intimate expressions of love & thankfulness. Worship is all about glorifying Jesus, and thanking Him for His mercy that forgives our sins, purifies our hearts and minds, and daily helps us to walk in His will.

Hearts on Fire

Each month a time of prophetic worship happens in an 'acoustic environment' where musicians, singers and all who long to meet with God in more 'saturated' time of worship come together and explore the beauty & richness of God's Presence.

Come join our worship! Click here for Service times or contact Neal McArthur for more.

Prayer

There is not in the world a kind of life more sweet and delightful than a continual conversation with God

- Brother Lawrence (1612-1691)

There are two opportunities to gather for prayer and intercession each week. Saturday mornings (at Vineyard) 7:30-9:00am. Then on Sunday mornings at 8:30-9:15am before the Sunday Worship Celebration.

SOZO

The SOZO ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry in which the main aim is to get to the root of those things hindering personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

There are six tools which the SOZO team uses: Father Ladder, Four Doors, Presenting Jesus, The Wall, Trigger Mechanisms and Divine Editing. By using these tools and following the Holy Spirit, wounds are healed, strongholds broken, truth revealed, and 'doors' closed. Sessions can run from 1.5 to 3 hours and are conducted by Two Team members.

There is a suggested donation per session which can be sent in with the application and release form, or the donation can be brought in the day of your appointment.

Men

Burning Hearts

Men's Ministry is known as "Burning Hearts" as the challenge of walking the "Damascas Road" in the Bible was walked with other men and with the nearness of Christ. The fruit of this was a 'heart on fire' and a desire to 'go & tell' everyone the Jesus lives and therefore so do we!

We have a number breakfasts, action outings, service opportunities, camps and more with the goal of empowering men to walk the life of the Kingdom together and with a heart on Fire!
